Running an office Christmas potluck
- Hold it in the second or third week of December, before people start taking time off
- Post the sign-up link in Slack or Teams two weeks ahead
- Ask whether each dish needs the microwave or an outlet, and plan the break room around it
- Keep the theme neutral if the office is mixed ("holiday potluck") while the menu stays Christmas
