Class Party Sign Up Sheet
Ready slot lists for every party of the school year
A class party sign up sheet lets parents claim one thing each: a snack, drinks, a craft, a game, or an hour helping in the classroom. Room parents copy the slot list for the party below, set the school's food rules in the description, and share one link in the class newsletter. Parents sign up from their phones with no account.

School food and allergy rules
- Children with a food allergy, or about two in every classroom
- 1 in 13
- Source: FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education)
- Ask the teacher for the school food policy before you build the sheet; many schools allow store-bought food only
- Put the class allergies in the description without naming the child, for example "This class is nut-free"
- Leave room for non-food slots, so every family has a way to help
- Offer a classroom helper slot for parents who cannot buy anything
Room parent tips
- Build all the year's party sheets in September and share them as the dates come up
- Send the link two weeks before each party, and the reminder goes out on its own
- Turn on showing who signed up, so parents see what is already covered
- Cap volunteer slots at what the classroom can fit, usually two or three adults
