Karaoke Sign Up Sheet
Singer, song, and artist, in the order they signed up
A karaoke sign up sheet is the running order for the night: each singer writes their name, song, and artist, and the host works down the list. Download the printable below, or share an online version on a QR code so singers sign up from their table and see where they are in the queue.

How to run a fair karaoke rotation
- 1
Number the list
The row number is the order. New singers go to the bottom.
- 2
One song per turn
After their song, a singer can sign up again at the bottom of the list.
- 3
Call the next two
Announce who is up and who is next, so the next singer is ready with the mic.
- 4
Cross out no-shows after one call
Move to the next name and let them sign up again later.

At a bar or a big party, a paper list gets passed around and lost. An online sheet on a QR code lets each singer add their song from their phone, and the host sees the full queue in one place. For a night with set times, make each slot a 5-minute turn so people can pick when they sing.
SignupKit is free for 5 sheets with 50 sign-ups each and 50 reminder emails a month, with no ads and no account for the people signing up.
