Chili Cook-Off Sign Up Sheet
Entries, heat levels, and what is in each pot
A chili cook-off sign up sheet lists every entry before the day: who is cooking, what the chili is called, how hot it is, and what is in it. Download the printable below, or take entries online with a cap so you do not end up with 25 crockpots and 6 outlets.

How many entries, and what else to sign up for
- 8 to 12 entries is plenty for a crowd of 50. Tasters try a spoonful of each
- One outlet per slow cooker: count outlets before you set the cap
- Add slots for cornbread, toppings (cheese, sour cream, onions, chips), drinks, and tasting cups
- Ask for meat, beans, and dairy on the sheet, and label each pot on the day
- Recruit two or three judges, or let everyone vote with a ticket
Take entries online
An online sheet closes entries at your cap, shows everyone which chilis are already coming, and reminds cooks to bring a ladle and an extension cord. Add the toppings and drinks as their own slots on the same sheet.
SignupKit is free for 5 sheets with 50 sign-ups each and 50 reminder emails a month, with no ads and no account for the people signing up.
