Terms of Service

Plans

• Free Plan: Up to 5 active forms, 50 sign-ups per form, 1 custom field per form, 3 contact groups, and 100 MB of document storage. Free forms cannot be published with slots totalling more than 50 spots, and slots cannot be set to unlimited. Paid slots are available; the same sheet and sign-up caps apply. Signupkit branding is shown on your public signup pages. Premium themes, password-protected events, QR codes, and email invites are not included.
• Weekly Pass: $12 one-time payment. Unlocks paid features for 7 days from purchase, including unlimited forms, participants, custom fields and contact groups, premium themes, password protection, QR codes, email invites, branding removal, and 5 GB of document storage.
• Pro Monthly: $10/month. All paid features with unlimited document storage.
• Pro Yearly: $99/year. All paid features with unlimited document storage. Pro is a single-administrator plan.
• Organization: Everything in Pro, plus a shared organization workspace, administrator roles and permissions, organization branding, centralized billing, bulk roster import and a shared contact library, an activity and audit log, organization-wide export and reporting, and sheet transfer between administrators. Sold in seat tiers: 5 administrators for $29/month or $290/year, 10 for $49/month or $490/year, 20 for $89/month or $890/year, and 30 for $129/month or $1,290/year. Every member of an organization occupies an administrator seat, including the owner and any pending invitations.

Plan limits and included features may change as the Service evolves; we will give notice of material reductions to a plan you are paying for.

Organization seats and cancellation.You may move to a larger seat tier at any time. Moving to a smaller tier requires that your organization already be within the smaller tier’s seat count, so you may need to remove members first; we will not remove members on your behalf. If an Organization plan lapses or is cancelled, sign-up sheets belonging to that organization become read-only for their organizers — public pages stay up, sign-ups keep working, and all existing participant data remains accessible and exportable. Memberships are preserved, so resubscribing restores access. Deleting an organization returns each sign-up sheet, contact and document to the member who created it.

Billing and Payments

• Signupkit plan billing (Weekly Pass, Pro, Organization) is processed securely via Stripe on our billing account (subject to Stripe’s terms).
• Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime (effective end of period).
• No refunds for partial periods; Weekly Pass non-refundable.
• Discretionary refunds for Pro plans within 30 days of initial purchase.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

Plan billing is separate from ticket payments on paid slots. Ticket money is not collected on our billing account. See “Paid slots and ticket payments” below.

The Weekly Pass is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. It runs for 7 days from the time of purchase, independent of your event dates. When it ends, or when a Pro subscription lapses, paid features stop and forms created under the paid plan become read-only. Your existing forms and all signup data remain accessible and exportable — nothing is deleted because a plan ended.

Permitted

Use for legitimate events, data collection, and communications.

Prohibited

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or rights.
• Collect data from minors without consent or highly sensitive info (e.g., Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers).
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Upload harmful content.
• Access unauthorized areas or use automation excessively.
• Impersonate or provide false info.
• Infringe IP.
• Use paid slots for payment fraud, fake or misrepresented events, or chargeback abuse.
• Circumvent Stripe, Checkout, or our payment and capacity controls.

We may monitor, remove content, or suspend/terminate for violations.
