We’d love to give teams the opportunity to plan their own team bonding events throughout the year! We are looking for three volunteers per event to take ownership of planning and organizing the event for their team.

What You’re Signing Up For
Each event will have three Team Parents/Volunteer Coordinators:
1 Lead Organizer – The main point of contact and person responsible for getting the planning started and keeping things moving.
2 Event Co-Organizers – Planning partners who will share responsibility for organizing and running the event.
The planning is entirely up to your organizing team. You will be responsible for working together to decide:
The date, time, and location
The type of event or activities
Food and drinks
Games or entertainment
Any supplies or materials needed
Participant/volunteer sign-ups
Communication with your team
Any other details needed to make the event happen
There is no set event format—be creative and plan something that works well for your team!
This sign-up is simply to identify the three people who are willing to take ownership of the event and plan it together.
