Moonstar Christmas Holiday Party Committee

The primary point of contact who will help guide the planning and coordinate with the Committee for event details.

Works together to coordinate decorations and help create a fun, festive atmosphere for the party. Helps with decorating, arranging the space, and getting everything party-ready.

Coordinates food, drinks, serving needs, dietary considerations, and works with the food volunteers to keep everything organized.

Works alongside Food & Beverage Lead to help with food and beverage preparation, serving, and keeping the food area organized during the event.

Plans and coordinates games and activities and works with volunteers to make sure everything is ready and runs smoothly.

Works alongside Games & Activities Lead to help prepare, set up, and facilitate games and activities during the party.

Plans playlists and provides and manages the music throughout the party.

Captures photos throughout the event and helps document the celebration.

Captures video throughout the event and helps document special moments.

Works alongside Committee Lead to help set up the event space prior to the party.

Helps cleanup and returns the space to its original condition afterward.
