Bring a Dessert

Bring a home-made dessert for the meal and drop it off at the church on Thanksgiving day between 11:00am and 12:30pm.

Event Set-Up (9:30am-12:30pm)

Come early and help set-up for the event. This includes helping carry in and set up meals and dishware, making sure chairs and tables are set up, and making sure the space for the event is clean (sweeping/wiping down tables).

Van Driver-Arrival (11:30am-1:00pm)

Meet at A2CC to pick up vans, drive vans to pick up attendees (location TBD), and drive them back to the church for the event.

Hang Out Crew (12:30pm-4:00pm)

Stay at the church and help ensure the meal goes smoothly and spend time with the people who attend. Come for the whole time or a part of the time.

Part of hang out crew but is also available to give anyone a ride who would like to leave the event early.

Event Clean Up (4:00pm-6:00pm)

Clean up after the meal, re-arrange tables and chairs, take out trash, clean any dishes, ensure all food is put away/given away.
