Venue set-up - Unload and unpack supplies. Set up booths, Doxie market, race track, costume contest, sound system. 7:00-11am

Venue tear down - Break down race track, booths, costume contest, sound system. Pack up and load supplies. 12:30-3pm

Doxie Market - Unload and unpack supplies, set up booth, help sell market items. Need 1 volunteer with an iPad or iPhone. 1st shift 7-11am.

Doxie Market - Help sell market items, pack and load supplies, break down booth. Need 1 volunteer with an iPad or iPhone. 2nd shift 11am-3pm

Waiver completion & volunteer check-in - Check in volunteers and help humans fill out waivers before they register dogs for races & costume contest. Pack up supplies. 9am-1pm

Cashier - Set up booth. Collect waivers and race & costume contest registration fees. Handle cash and use iPad or iPhone with Square device to process credit card payments. Give cash & receipts to event manager. Pack up supplies. Need 1 volunteer with an iPad or iPhone. 9:00am-1pm.

Doxie Dash Registration - Set up booth, assign racers to heats, fill out race sheets & duplicates, fill out & distribute race passes, and direct racers to read the rules. Pack up supplies. 9:30am-1:45pm

Costume Contest Registration - Set up booth, assign dogs to categories, fill out contest line-ups, fill out & distribute contest passes. Pack up supplies. 9:30am-1pm

Doxie Dash Announcer - Announce rules, call racers, start races, and announce winners, make MHDR announcements. 10am-1:30pm

Doxie Dash Race Sheet Runner - Collect race sheets & duplicates from registration and give to Wranglers & announcer. 10:30am-1:15pm

Doxie Dash Track Attendant - Display signage showing race information. 10:30am-1:15pm

Doxie Dash Wrangler - Gather racers, collect race passes, distribute racing bandanas according to race sheets, and determine who needs a releaser or catcher. 10am-1:30pm

Doxie Dash Releaser/Catcher - Must be at least 10 years old. If human needs another person, release dog at start line or catch at finish line. 10am-1:30pm

Doxie Dash Start Line Judge - Line up group of racers according to race sheet. Watch for infractions and false starts. 10am-1:30pm

Doxie Dash Finish Line Judge - Must be at least 18 years old. Line up catchers, watch for infractions, spot top finishers. Help bandana wrangler. 10am-1:30pm

Doxie Dash Bandana Wrangler - Suitable for a young person. Collect racing bandanas at the finish line and return them to the staging area. 10:30am-1:15pm

Doxie Dash Award Presenter - Distribute ribbons and awards after each Doxie Dash race. 10am-1:30pm

Costume Contestant Manager - Collect contest tickets and assemble contestants according to category and line-up. Pack up supplies. 11:30am-2:30pm.

Costume Contest Announcer - Call contestants, announce winners, present ribbons. 11:30-2pm

Costume Contest Judge - Evaluate costumes and determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th places in 4 costume categories. Pack up supplies. 11:30-2:30pm

Race Manager - oversee Doxie Dash and all race personnel.
