Parent Teacher Conferences 2027 - Mr. Boone

Event details

Parent-Teacher Conferences - 12:00-8:00pm, Oct 22, 2026

We know that we can be most effective as a partnership of school and home when teachers and parents meet together to discuss academic and social learning in the classroom, as well as students' lives outside of school. This will be a great time to review highlights and establish future goals. If there are concerns about academic or behavioral progress, this is also a crucial opportunity to strategize together. We value our relational connection with you and look forward to these meetings.

Teachers will be hosting conferences in their classrooms
You will be able to sign-up for your conference slots on a “Sign-up-Genius” schedule that will be emailed to you.
Please note that this day is intended to facilitate a brief, 12-minute meeting for parents with each teacher. If your concerns or questions require more than a 12-minute time frame, you may need to request another opportunity to follow-up with the teacher.
Please note that in “Sign-up Genius” teachers' names are in tabs across the top of this sign-up. Click on the teacher that you want to sign up with and scroll through their times.
In order to meet the needs of all parents and teachers, we ask that you limit your sign-up to 1 slot per child per teacher. In order to secure a preferred time-slot, please make your selection early.
If a teacher’s schedule is full when you attempt to sign-up, please contact the school office to request an alternative time
Please also feel free to schedule a slot with Jonathan Boone, SC Vice-Principal, in order to connect with administration.
Gr.7-12 students are encouraged to participate in parent-teacher conferences with their parents. We believe this can help incorporate student voice, ownership, and shared goal-setting into the process of collaboration between parents and teachers.
