The PTA's annual Fall Fest is coming to South Hill on Wednesday October 28th, 5-6:30pm!
We welcome caregivers and members of the community to take part in providing the festivities!
There are two different ways to contribute -
TRUNK R' TREAT - Turn your vehicle into a candy station! Volunteers should plan on arriving to the lower lot at South Hill Elementary between 4 and 4:30pm to stake out your space and set up your trunk decor. You will need enough candy for 400 kids. We are collecting candy donations to help boost supplies for our trunk volunteers, so if you think you'll need help with this part, feel free to email us at hello@southhillpta.org
TREAT DONATIONS - We welcome donations to help bolster supplies for our trunk decorators! Allergen/dye free encouraged but not strictly required. Non-candy items like stickers, temporary tattoos, etc may also be accepted- please help us plan ahead by specifying in the notes the type and quantity of treats you'll be donating. Please deliver these donations to the event or bring them to the front office between Mon 10/26 and Weds 10/28.
