Help roll out tables, help grade levels and vendors as needed, set up ticket booths, etc. (General needs as directed by the "hollering adults" looking for "wandering adults" to help them 😜)
*Must be in place by 5pm. Must stay with your trunk until 7pm, when parking lot is clear.
Help filling carts with candy and delivering and making sure all the trunks have candy. Expect a lot of lifting and hauling large bags of candy into carts! Usually refilling is needed about every 15 minutes, so plan on doing about 2 cart runs and then pass it off to the next 2 candy runners.

Help trunks tear down, put tables back in MPR (multipurpose room), puck up obvious trash, direct people off campus in a safe and timely manner (so we can clear out staff and vendors as quickly as possible). With enough hands, our goal is to be completely done by 7:30 pm.
