# Best Sign-Up App for Youth Sports Teams

> What to use, what it costs, and when it is not us

Most teams already run on a team app for schedules and messages. The question is whether its assignment feature covers snacks and volunteers, or whether you need a separate sign-up, typically for a concession stand or tournament that spans many teams.

- No login required for participants
- Free plan available
- Mobile-friendly signups

## The short answer

If your team is on TeamSnap, use its assignments for snack duty; families are already there. For concession stands, tournaments, and league-wide volunteer needs that cross teams, SignupKit is free, has no ads, and nobody needs an app or account.

- Shift slots across many teams for the concession stand
- Works for families not on the team app
- Reminder before game day
- No ads on a page sent to every family

## Where SignupKit is the wrong tool

We make SignupKit. Every other tool on this page is described from its own published plans, and we rank specialists above ourselves where they do the job better.

- No team schedule, roster, or availability tracking; it is not a team app
- No text reminders
- Families cannot trade slots with each other themselves; you move them between slots from your dashboard

## How to Create Your Sign Up Sheet with SignupKit
